I made my blog the primary for my content

Remkus wrote on 1 May, 2020 5 Comments

This is just a short note to let you all know I’ll be using my blog as the primary for my content again. I’ve tried in previous years to backup my tweets into WordPress, but I’ve since deleted that. Turns out, not all of my tweets should be saved.

So, I solved it differently this time around. I’ve added Notes and Status to my site as Custom Post Types. I will use Notes to share short version content like this note, and Status updates will be the tweets I’d like to save, basically. Except, I’ll post them here first and syndicate them to Twitter and Mastodon.

If I can be bothered to write more than three paragraphs, I’ll maybe write out a proper blog on how I connected everything.
